The Marais des Cygnes Coffee Co. LLC, is a small-batch, artisan coffee roastery based in Ottawa, Kansas. Named after the nearby Marais des Cygnes River (“Marsh of the Swans”), our company is rooted in local pride and a love of craft.

We specialize in freshly roasted, ethically sourced coffees — roasted in-house by hand to bring out the best flavor in every bean. Each batch is roasted by Scott Dawson, who approaches coffee with both precision and creativity, crafting roasts that are smooth, balanced, and full of heart.
